WHY SHOULD YOU DONATE MONEY? |

Some reasons for donating:
- There are two primary developers, Alfredo Kojima and Dan Pascu.
They started the project in 1997 and have devoted thousands
of hours of their time, for free, to bring you quality software.
The developers want to ensure the project remains free, and would
like to devote more time to improving the code
- The website receives 1-2 million hits per month. The server
and bandwidth resources cost time and money to maintain and
upgrade in order to keep everything running
- The project has survived on its own for over five years, while
other projects have come and gone, or become dependent on
commercial backed sites such as sourceforge.net. We plan to
keep our independence for at least another five years, and
remain a grassroots free software project. We have a much
better chance of succeeding with your support
- If you can't contribute to the project in other ways, such as
programming, web/gfx design, documentation writing, etc., money
is the next best thing. Even if you have these skills and
talents, you may not have enough time to devote them to the
project
How will my donation be distributed?
- 80% will go to the developers
- 20% will go to server/bandwidth expenses
